Ecological team supervisors qualified in horticulture land-based activities. Training in ecological practices and methods (the new way) will be provided but an interest in and commitment to green ways of working and biodiversity is a must.
Ecological team members – budding stars of the landscape gardening world to work towards team supervision and the absolute highest level of landscape service delivery and ‘nature custodianship’. A demonstrable interest in green working practices will be a significant advantage.
Play area support technicians with a proven track record of public space management and play area building, repair and maintenance, based throughout the Midlands.
Landscape designer/green space architect – freelance initially, to work on basic garden design and large scale land rewilding projects. An absolute commitment to ecological biodiversity and public space creation is a must.
Admin support – Back office help is required to nurture the Philosotree way and assist in its development. Preferably ecologically minded with a love of problem resolution, organisation and fastidious customer care values, knowledge around social/rural enterprise structures is advantageous and you will ideally be experienced in natural management or ‘trust’ type working environments.
Independant and vibrant lead sales and information manager – this role is outward facing to local authority and public sector environments and the applicant must have a proven track record of nature, landscape and ecology based work and practices.
